These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Touchdown Digital's website.

By engaging Touchdown Digital and/or accessing our website you accept these terms and conditions in full.

the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Australia. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Unless otherwise stated, Touchdown Digital and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material owned by Touchdown Digital. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from www.touchdowndigital.com.au for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

1. Republish material from Touchdown Digital

2. Sell, rent or sub-license material from Touchdown Digital

3. Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Touchdown Digital

4. Redistribute content from Touchdown Digital (unless content is specifically made for redistribution).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if tou breach these Terms of Service.

Events Outside of Our Control

Our performance under our contract with you is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Events to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under such contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
